Teradata Corp. on Tuesday said Mark Culhane is stepping down as chief financial officer, effective June 13.
The San Diego provider of hybrid cloud analytics software solutions said Claire Bramley will succeed Mr. Culhane as chief financial officer and principal accounting officer.
Teradata said Ms. Bramley, 44 years old, spent nearly 15 years at HP Inc., most recently serving as global controller.
Ms. Bramley will receive an initial annual base salary of $500,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 80% of her base pay, the company said.
Teradata said Mr. Culhane’s departure isn’t due to any disagreement or any matters relating to the company’s operations or financial statements, adding that he will remain through the end of the month to assist with the transition. Mr. Culhane has been chief financial officer since November 2017.
