said Tuesday that it has named Joanne Crevoiserat chief executive of the luxury goods company, effective immediately. She had been serving in the role on an interim basis after Jide Zeitlin resigned in July amid an investigation into allegations about his personal behavior. Crevoiserat joined Tapestry as chief financial officer in August 2019. She was previously chief operations officer for Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
Tapestry’s portfolio of brands includes Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman. Tapestry stock has fallen 21.1% for the year to date while the S&P 500 index
is up 5.3% for the period.
